Good Stay

clean bed seaside location good breakfast
I found the beds to be both comfortable and clean. There was also notable silence within my room. The seaside location was nice. The breakfast offered many choices.
The interaction about the shuttle bus to the pickup point was not good. They didn't have the shuttle bus running. They did not apologize or offer to refund my taxi ride.

The breakfast buffet included lactose-free milk. The hotel had high cleanliness standards in both common areas and rooms. Subway station proximity allowed easy public transportation access to Nyhavn.

Excellent Stay Near the Airport

airport shuttle helpful staff
The hotel is conveniently located. I easily walked to the airport in about fifteen minutes. A free airport shuttle provided fast transport back to the airport. The room included a big window with a great view overlooking boats and the sea. The reception staff was warm and helpful. They answered my questions quickly.
The water sold at the hotel had a high markup. I felt this could have been more reasonable. The price was a little too much for bottled water.

The hotel features a gym that includes three treadmills and two stationary bikes. The pool area offers twenty loungers and a shaded section. I appreciated this detail. An on-site rooftop bar provides great views.

The room has a comfortable bed, two separate sinks, and a rainfall shower. I found them very useful. A coffee machine is available. It makes mornings easier. I also appreciated the provided blackout curtains.

The breakfast buffet features a big choice. I enjoyed the various options. Many different options are available to feed a child. The buffet included juices and high-quality coffee. I appreciated the availability.

the breakfast was great it had a huge choice. it was just minutes from the local metro. the staff were so friendly and eager to help us.
i anticipated using many things but they were unavailable. massage was fully booked two weeks ahead. the sky bar was closed.
